Route 28 East from Woodstock into Kingston
209 North from Stone Ridge, Hurley
Take the exit for Kingston, enter the circle roundabout and exit onto I-587 E also known as Col. George Chandler Dr. and NY-28 E. Pass straight through the light, merging onto Broadway. Approximately 2 miles 'cross town, past the high school and Kingston Hospital, stay to the right curving down the hill, make a left at the light, still on Broadway, down to the strand. Pilates of Kingston is located on the corner of Abeel Street and Broadway, on your right. We are on the 2nd floor of 39 Broadway, above Skillypot Antiques Co.
Take NY-199 West over the Rhinecliff Bridge, take Rt. 32 ramp towards Saugerties/Kingston, turn left onto Rt. 32 heading south into Kingston (approx. 3 miles), turn left onto Rt. 9W S, also known as Frank Koenig Blvd., turn right onto Garraghan Drive, at the light turn left onto Broadway, Pilates of Kingston will be on your right, at the corner of Broadway and Abeel Street, 2nd floor of 39 Broadway, above Skillypot Antiques Co.
From Highland / Port Ewen
Take 9W North, cross over the Rondout Creek, turn left onto Garraghan Drive, turn left onto Broadway.
From New Paltz / Gardiner
Take 32 North, into Kingston, at stop sign bear to the right, down small hill, straight through the light, at the top of the hill (blinking light), turn left for one block then right onto Cedar Street, go several blocks, just past the Bowling Lanes, turn right at the light onto Broadway. Pass Kingston High School and Hospital, stay to the right, head down and round towards the strand, take a left at the light, staying on broadway down to the corner of Abeel Street. Pilates of Kingston will be on your right, above Skillypot Antiques Co.
