Elaine Mason Hay
Elaine Mason Hay is a classically trained and certified Pilates Instructor. She has enjoyed practicing Pilates since 1996 and was very fortunate to have received her training and certification in 2001 from master instructor, Romana Kryzanowska. She has also trained with Leah Katz, Elise Bacon, Bob Liekens, and Steve Giordano.

Nora Machione-Weiss
Nora Machione Weiss, owner/director at Pilates of Kingston, is a certified instructor of classical Pilates. A student of Pilates since 1990, Nora has practiced with Leah Chaback-Katz at The Movement Center (now Pilates of Kingston), since 1993. She received her training and certification from Power Pilates International Training Center in New York City under the expert guidence of Bob Liekens and Susan Moran.
